Finca Bella Vista

From the misty highlands of Amaybamba in the Incahuasi Valley, Cusco, come two exceptional Geisha lots produced by Eudis Orosco and Victoria Atao — partners in both life and craft. Their dedication to traditional Inca agroforestry and their intuitive understanding of nature bring to life coffees of extraordinary purity and character.
Lot 24-15 is full-bodied and concentrated, with notes of boysenberry and a rich malic acidity, while 24-16 shines with elderflower and bergamot florals, bright kiwi, and honeydew sweetness. Both are washed with dry honey fermentation lasting around 32 hours and dried on raised beds for up to 12 days, yielding vibrant, refined cups that beautifully express their high-altitude terroir and distinct processing touch.

The Farm

Nestled at 2,230 meters above sea level, Finca Bella Vista spans just 2.75 hectares — a small yet thriving ecosystem sustained through traditional Inca agroforestry. Eudis and Victoria maintain much of the native forest canopy, planting coffee in harmony with cedro, tarco, robel, and yanay shade trees. This biodiversity nurtures the soil, stabilizes the microclimate, and preserves the ecological balance essential to the health of their coffee plants.

Farming in this way is more than a method; it is a philosophy rooted in the Inca understanding of balance with nature. As Eudis explains, every action — from planting to harvest — follows the lunar cycle. This deep respect for natural rhythms, coupled with technical precision, results in a farm that produces both exceptional coffee and a living testament to ancestral wisdom.

The Varieties
Geisha Inca Lot 24-15

Lot 24-15, tended primarily by Eudis, embodies a lush and fruit-forward expression of the Geisha variety. His approach to fermentation encourages the coffee’s natural sweetness to develop complexity — producing a cup that is dense, vibrant, and layered with notes of boysenberry, tropical fruit, and juicy malic acidity. The mouthfeel is velvety and full, while the aftertaste lingers with a subtle, wine-like brightness. This lot showcases Eudis’s belief that great coffee is born from trust in natural processes and the willingness to let flavor evolve organically.

Geisha Inca Lot 24-16

Lot 24-16, led by Victoria, reveals a more delicate and floral side of the Geisha profile. Her meticulous handling and cleaner fermentation style preserve the variety’s intrinsic elegance, highlighting aromas of elderflower and bergamot, with hints of kiwi and honeydew. The cup is refined and crystalline, with a crisp acidity and a graceful finish. Together, her and Eudis’s approaches form a dialogue between nature and craftsmanship — two interpretations of the same land, each distinct and exquisite.

The Cooperative

Eudis and Victoria are members of the Incahuasi Cooperative, a collective deeply rooted in Inca ancestry and cultural values. The coop’s philosophy revolves around two traditional principles: Minka — the sharing of labor for communal infrastructure — and Ayni, the mutual exchange of work among farmers. These practices foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a spirit of unity that strengthens both community and quality.
The cooperative provides agronomic support, organic composting guidance, and soil health programs for its members. This shared expertise, combined with the region’s extreme altitude and dry climate, allows farmers to produce coffees of remarkable consistency and ecological harmony.

Our Vision

At Parcel, our commitment is to honor these roots by providing every coffee lover with an authentic experience — one that embraces history, terroir, and innovation. Through producers like Eudis Orosco and Victoria Atao, we are reminded that coffee is not merely an agricultural product but a cultural expression — a living connection between land, ancestry, and artistry.
Every cup of Geisha from Finca Bella Vista tells a story of balance: between nature and human care, between tradition and experimentation, between two dedicated partners cultivating perfection under the Cusco sky.
